.hi im madballer im 18 years old im visiting canyons. there are 7 canyons,Blyde river canyon south africa, colca canyon, granite gorge, grand canyon, gorge of ha mount thryptis in greece,wu gorge, and a canyon in japan in japaneze. im going for a work assignment for school. im not very interested but maybe once i leave it will be fun. my father is happy that i will get to go to different places he hasnt seen before. I left maine on a criuse ship I crossed the atlantic ocean to the continent of europe. I visisted the canyon of Gorge of Ha Mount Thryptis in Greece. The capital of Greece is Athens. Greece is bordered by Turkey, Bulgaria, and surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea. The GPS coordinates are 35_05_4.72_N_25_50_12.00. The summers are hot and dry, the winters are wet, there is snow in the mountain but doesn't last long. I like the history of Greece because I like the fights between the greeks and the Spartans. The Olympics also started in greece and governments still used today. there are rare birds found in this area. From Greece i was on my way to China but first i stopped in Germany, then Beijing, then to Wuhan. It was about 4800 hundred miles. I then walked to mouth of the Daning river where I got a kayak to go up the 20 mile river where there are 3 gorges. There are jungles full of wild ducks and monkeys. In the north of China it is very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. It took about $600 to the gorge from Athens. China is surrounded by Pacific ocean. The coordinates are30° 58′ 4″ N, 112° 13′ 53″ E. The capital is Beijing. China borders s.korea, tailand, russia. China was in WWii and they sided with the Russians. Next I am going to Japan. I took a small plane from beijing to just out tokyo and sky dived into japan. Tokyo is the capital of japan and the weather is tropical to the south and cool in the north. Japan is surrounded by the east sea, taiwan, south korea, and north pacific ocean. This location is about 1400 miles from my last canyon. It is a tripical japaneze forest with many different birds and monkeys. This location is a popular tourist spot with rock climbing, rafting, and bird watching. japan seems to be nicer than china and the people are nicer. this location was also used for train ancient warrior if japan. It cost me about $500 to get here. Next I am going to Australia, I am delivering a speed boat bought in japan. I will be stopping at several islands to get gas and food and will be sleeping in the west Indes. The trip is about 2500 miles and will take about 5 days and the gas will cost about $200 with the varying gas prices. Granite gorge in a privately owned park. There are lots animals such as wallabyes, birds, and the is rock climbing, canoeing, bird watching. the capital of australia is canberra. The gps Coordinates are 17 and 145. now im going to work on a sail bout to south Africa for free to blyde river canyon. It's the 3rd largest canyon in the world . The capital is Lestho. It is bor4dered by namibia, bostwana, zambabmwe, M adagascar. It is surrounded by the Indian ocean and south atlantic. It is a great scenic site for south of africa. it's full of wild life and has trail that are accessable to even the handicapped.
Hippo and crodiles, and zebras can be seen. Climate is hot and humid and cool during the night.
there are lots of diamonds there. the diamonds are basicly mined by slave labor. Lots of lush vegtegation. The gps coordinates are 20 and 30. I then flew from South Africa to Peru where I went to Colca Canyon Peru. The capital Peru is Lima. It is bordered by Brazil, Bolivia Chile,Columbia, Equador, and the pacific ocean. The climate of Peru is at the greatest peak there are snow topped extinct volcano. There were churches built the spanish that went into ruins and the government rebuilt them and fixed the roads to open it up for people to see. When I left peru I hitchhiked from Peru thru central america and once I got into Texas I flew home which cost me about $200 . I was very tired but I got to see lots of amazing things. I learned about animals I have never seen and different cultures I have never heard of. My family is sad that my adventure is over.
